My centre is well placed to serve Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Doncaster Barnsley and Worksop. I have a 15' x 8' pool with 2 underwater viewing windows to observe how dogs are using their limbs in the water. I also have a new stand alone large under water treadmill with 360 degree viewing and doors at both ends ideal for treating large breeds and spinal cases as they do not need to turn round. This is used for more controlled form of hydrotherapy. My back ground is as a qualified nurse with experience in orthopaedics, and latterly in dog training. I employ two other R.C.H's who are both also veterinary physiotherapist, and a hydrotherapy assistant trained to animal management level and is currently studying for her level 3 in hydrotherapy. We have veterinary contact who practices acupuncture. We have many contact for other therapies and believe in offering a complete package to return an animal to the best quality of life that is possible by involving as many multi disciplinary team members to achieve this if the client wants it. I also provide fun sessions for puppies, fitness, weight control, fly ball and agility dogs - or just because they like it !
