Welcome to Crossroads Hydrotherapy Centre, where your dog’s comfort and rehabilitation are our top priorities. Our facility features a custom-built, half-sunken swimming pool measuring 5.1m x 2.5m x 1.2m deep, designed to provide the perfect environment for rehabilitation and fitness. The pool includes both external and internal ramps, making it easy for us to assist dogs of all shapes and sizes as they enter the water.

With two skilled hydrotherapists on-site, we provide personalised care tailored to your dog’s needs. Our pool is equipped with two high-definition underwater cameras, allowing us to closely monitor your dog’s movements and identify any areas of concern. This helps us apply targeted techniques to enhance recovery and strength.

At Crossroads, we value a calm and controlled environment. Our “one in, one out” policy ensures minimal risk of reactive dogs meeting others and reduces the chance of accidental bumps for dogs with injuries. We also have non-slip mats in our waiting area to give your dog added comfort and stability.

We believe successful hydrotherapy starts with a relaxed dog. We never rush a nervous or stressed dog into the pool but instead take the time to build trust and ensure they feel safe. Our goal is for dogs to confidently walk into the pool on their own. We encourage owners to participate in sessions, promoting relaxation and creating a positive bonding experience.
